Two doctors at the Korça hospital have been referred for professional evaluation after being reported by the family of a 61-year-old woman. The 61-year-old is suspected to have lost her life due to cardiac arrest, and her family has filed a complaint, claiming that the doctors showed negligence in her medical treatment.

Materials were referred by the Korça Police Station to the Prosecutor’s Office for evaluation of citizens A. D. and G. R., both doctors at the Korça hospital, following a complaint by the family of a 61-year-old woman who lost her life on August 14, 2024. Preliminary suspicions suggest cardiac arrest as the cause of death, and the family alleges that the doctors were negligent in the 61-year-old’s medical treatment.
