On Sunday, October 13, 2024, Korça Alpin, together with Discover Pogradec, will organize a nature walk along the “Path of Serenades” with the following itinerary:
Grapsh – Bradvicë – Gjyrez – Ziçisht
Distance: 16 km
Level: Moderate
Schedule:
- 7:00 Meeting at Bar Qoshka
- 7:30 Departure towards the village of Grapsh, where we will visit characteristic houses and the Church of St. George (1888). After leaving Grapsh, we will continue our ascent for about 1 hour and 30 minutes towards Bradvicë. Break at the village spring!
- We will continue towards “Ahishta e Bradvicës” (MN), where we will visit the Church of St. Constantine. Picnic in the refreshing autumn colors of the forest!
- We will begin our descent towards the village with cobbled streets, Gjyrez, which is completely abandoned. Nearby, we will visit the Forest of St. Thanas (MN) and the church with the same name.
- Afterwards, we will continue walking towards the village of Ziçisht, where we will visit the Church of St. Mary and the first chestnut processing center.
- We will sit down for coffee in Ziçisht!
- 17:00 Return to Korçë.
