With 6 matches and 6 victories, Skënderbeu, having a full 18 points, has shown that it is the team to beat. Although Partizani was theoretically a rival for Skënderbeu, they couldn’t withstand the pressure from the white and red girls. With one match left in the first phase, Skënderbeu is completely dominating women’s volleyball.
After the latest victory, coach Orlando Koja expressed how difficult it was to choose the best player of the match. Posting an album with several Skënderbeu players, he made sure to highlight the entire team deserving of this success against the capital’s red team.
In his words, Koja wrote: “It’s hard to find the best against Partizani. Total dominance. Korça is increasingly becoming the capital of women’s volleyball.”
