The women’s volleyball team clearly has no rivals this season, only opponents according to the match calendar. After defeating Partizani, the Korçars now seek revenge against Tirana.
With a win in this match, coach Orlando Koja stated, “We will definitively secure first place and then look ahead to the final phase for the title. I strongly believe that we are the team aiming solely for the title, and we are working hard for that. There’s no room for euphoria; we focus on ourselves and concentrate on consistent, intense training to develop every player. Let’s not forget that we have the youngest team, with an average age of 19.8 years, which is a significant achievement for us.”
The Korçars want to play the final phase matches primarily on their home court, as the local fans are eager to support the girls in Korçë and enjoy the emotions of the championship title.
