The Korçë Police Station has arrested N. H., a 58-year-old resident of Korçë, as the Korçë Court sentenced him to 40 days in prison for the offenses of “Domestic Violence” and “Actions Contrary to Court Decisions.”
The Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against F. P., a 55-year-old resident of Buçimas, for conducting construction work without a permit at his home.
The Devoll Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, starting criminal proceedings against E. N., a 42-year-old resident of the village of Baban, for hitting a 61-year-old woman for trivial reasons.
The Maliq Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against B. S., a 34-year-old resident of Vloçisht, for being caught in Novoselë transporting illegally cut wood.
Investigation specialists from the DVKM Korçë referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, starting criminal proceedings against J. O., a 23-year-old resident of Rëmbec, Maliq, for being caught in Lajthizë, Pustec, transporting illegally cut wood.
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
