A new law will automatically recognize the work contributions of pensioners before 1994, ensuring fairer pensions.
This law will benefit 40,000 pensioners who have left the former cooperatives. Their years of work will be officially recognized, providing them with the opportunity for fairer and more dignified pensions, while avoiding the previous administrative hassles in the courts. This is an important step to ensure that their contributions to the country’s development are recognized and valued as they deserve.
