Lara secured 9th place with two impressive runs. This race was expected to mark the 100th career victory for American Mikaela Shiffrin, but she was unable to finish her second run. Instead, the Olympic champion, Sweden’s Sarah Hector, claimed victory in this American stage of the Giant Slalom.
On Sunday, another thrilling race awaits in the Slalom, where Lara is expected to achieve another top-10 finish. Having just turned 18, she has firmly established herself among the world’s top competitors.
