The project of the Football Federation, in collaboration with UEFA, known as the Elite Youth Development Academy, continues its dedicated efforts to prepare the next generation of football players in Albania. Children are regularly trained by a specialized staff at the facilities of the “House of Football.”
This week, they had the opportunity to train with the U-21 National Team coach, Alban Bushi. During the session, Bushi shared various game techniques, strategies, and ideas for organizing plays, aiming to help the young players enhance their development as professional footballers.
In addition to the training, Coach Bushi had a brief conversation with the boys, sharing his personal experience as a footballer and outlining the professional journey required to become part of the Albanian National Team.
