DVP Korçë
The Road Traffic Police Sector arrested in flagrante delicto a citizen, K.K., 50 years old, resident of the village Rëmenj, Pogradec, for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
The Korçë Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the following individuals:
- G.K., 31 years old, resident of Korçë, suspected of domestic violence against his wife, who has been issued a protection order.
- M.S., 30 years old, resident of Korçë, for violating a court decision issued in favor of his cohabiting partner by approaching her residence.
The Kolonjë Police Commissariat also referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against:
- S.M., 31 years old, and E.M., 41 years old, both residents of Korçë, for assaulting a 35-year-old man over trivial reasons.
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
