Korça’s coach, Ernest Gjoka, is the successor of Ivan Gvozdenović. Before signing the contract between the two parties, another very interesting detail has come to light that certainly makes an impression.
This is related to the fact that there are players in the team who may also be part of the transfer market in the outgoing direction. This was a point that was discussed at length, and according to reliable sources, coach Gjoka requested that no player be allowed to leave at this moment, even though some have offers from foreign clubs.
This request was accepted by the management, specifically by President Ardian Takaj, who, at this moment, seems to be focused on the team’s interests, aiming to get out of this situation and ensure survival. This also seems to rule out the rumors surrounding Ermir Rashica, who was speculated to leave at the start of the transfer window.
But that’s not all; according to reports, Takaj has assured Gjoka that there will be further reinforcements for the team for the second half of the season.
