Work will soon begin on the construction of the Korçë Stadium, marking the first step in developing the city’s sports zone.
The project was unveiled during a public hearing attended by architects, builders, and municipal councilors. During the presentation, the lead architect outlined the key details of this major investment for Korçë.
The first phase will focus on building the Skënderbeu Stadium, designed as a Category 4 venue with a capacity of approximately 8,900 seats. Subsequent phases will include the renovation and modernization of existing facilities, such as the sports palace, swimming pool, and additional service areas and amenities.
This project holds tremendous value for Korçë, as it will complete the infrastructure for the largest sports zone in Albania!
