Korçë Police Directorate
The Road Traffic Sector arrested the following individuals in flagrante delicto:
- A. I., 56, a resident of Greece, and J. O., 34, a resident of Korçë, were caught driving their respective vehicles under the influence of alcohol.
The Maliq Police Station arrested M. I., 23, a resident of Pirg village, Maliq, for physically assaulting his mother, who had a protection order against him.
The Kolonjë Police Station referred the following individuals for prosecution:
- Xh. H., 60, and E. B., 41, both residents of Kolonjë, who verbally threatened a 67-year-old man over trivial motives.
The Pogradec Police Station initiated criminal proceedings against a 14-year-old, suspected of threatening an 18-year-old with a sharp object (knife).
The Korçë Police Station referred criminal proceedings for the following individuals:
- K. L., 20, K. L., 30, and G. K., 28, after engaging in a conflict with each other over minor disagreements.
The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Border and Migration Directorate in Korçë referred criminal cases to the prosecution against:
- I. G., 39, from Korçë, and Xh. P., 25, from Prrenjas, for the offense of “Illegal Border Crossing.”
- E. P., 58, and L. E., 50, residents of Mëmëlisht, Pogradec, for the offense of “Illegal Fishing.”
All procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further legal actions.
