The Sector for Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes arrested citizen A. T., 50 years old, residing in Pogradec, after the Court of Tirana issued a detention order for him, for the criminal offense of “Fraud.”
The Traffic Police Sector arrested in flagrante delicto citizen R. Sh., 43 years old, after he was caught driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
The Korçë Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen Z. C., 38 years old, residing in the village of Bulgarec, Korçë, on suspicion of sexually harassing a 28-year-old woman.
Additionally, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office regarding a 17-year-old, after he had a conflict with two peers for trivial reasons.
The Kolonjë Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen F. M., 35 years old, residing in the village of Bejkovë, Ersekë, on suspicion of hitting a 45-year-old man with a fist for trivial reasons.
The Maliq Police Commissariat referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen O. Q., 47 years old, residing in Maliq, on suspicion of using violence against his wife, who was issued a protection order.
Additionally, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, and citizen A. L., 34 years old, was declared wanted, as he is suspected of harassing a 17-year-old girl by phone.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further actions.
