The heavy snow and low temperatures in Korça have caused the sports fields to be covered in snow. Thus, in both fields with natural grass, it is impossible for the snow to melt, as it could damage the terrain.
Meanwhile, the synthetic field has not yet been fully covered with the new carpet, so the options in Korça are not favorable at all to develop the cup match against the Vora team.
One possibility was to play in Maliq, but the officials and staff considered this terrain unsuitable, as it could cause injuries to the players on such a field, since the Korçars only play on natural grass.
Finally, the ultimate solution has been found, and the match will be held at the stadium in Devoll. In fact, the Korçars have worked in this stadium to compress and remove as much snow as they could, but it remains to be seen if the field will be in normal condition or not.
Meanwhile, it has been officially announced that the Skënderbeu – Vora match will take place in Bilisht at 13:00.
