A serious accident occurred last evening on the national road Korçë-Pogradec near the village of Podgorie.
According to preliminary information, two vehicles, a BMW and an Audi, collided with each other, causing the death of one of the drivers, identified as Aurel Çipi.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Audi was injured and urgently transported to the hospital.
The circumstances of the accident and the causes of the fatal collision between the vehicles are still unknown, as investigations are awaited from the investigative team that has arrived at the scene.

On the “Korçë-Pogradec” road axis, a BMW vehicle, driven by citizen A. Ç., collided with an Audi vehicle driven by citizen K. L.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the BMW, citizen A. Ç., lost his life, while the driver of the Audi, citizen K. L., was injured and is receiving medical treatment at the hospital.
The investigative team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
