G., was arrested in the act.The police stopped the "Benz" type vehicle driven by the 38-year-old as it was leaving the city of Pogradec. During the vehicle inspection, 4 migrants were discovered being transported for a fee, intending to illegally cross the border.Further verifications and checks revealed that the vehicle was being driven by D. G. without a driving license, and he also had a small quantity of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa.As material evidence, the vehicle used for transportation, 3 mobile phones, and the quantity of cannabis were seized.The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance General Jurisdiction Court in Korçë for further actions.
