The “Abissnet Superiore” championship has completed its first two phases, delivering exciting matches and often surprising results. At the end of the 18th week, there is now a new leader: Dinamo City. Coach Ilir Daja’s team is performing brilliantly, topping the table with 31 points. During the second phase, Dinamo has suffered only one loss, which came against Partizani.
At the end of the first phase, Partizani led the championship with 16 points, while Dinamo City was in third place with 15 points.
Currently, Vllaznia is tied on points with Dinamo at the top of the standings but sits in second place due to their head-to-head disadvantage, having lost twice to Dinamo.
Under coach Thomas Brdarić, Vllaznia has been the most successful team in the second phase, collecting 17 points, more than any other team in the “Abissnet Superiore.” After finishing the first phase in fifth place, Vllaznia now holds a well-deserved second position.
This weekend marks the beginning of the third phase of the championship, which will also include the final matches of the year. It remains to be seen how the teams will perform and how the standings will change moving forward.
