The Albanian women’s national football team concluded their preparations this afternoon for the upcoming friendly match against Romania. The team held its final training session at the “Eugen Popescu” stadium at 5:00 PM local time (4:00 PM CET), the venue for tomorrow’s match.
According to the Communications Department, the squad is in good shape, with no injuries reported, and all players are ready to contribute to this encounter.
Despite being a friendly match, the team is optimistic about achieving a positive result. However, the primary goal remains to test as many newly introduced players as possible.
Led by coach Armir Grima, the team traveled to Romania on Sunday and recently played a friendly match against the U-15 boys’ team of the ‘Elite Youth’ academy as part of their preparations.
