According to the revised assessment of the Geodynamic Institute, the earthquake took place at 11:47 AM, with an epicenter 2 kilometers west of Giannitsochori, Ilia. The focal depth was estimated at 15.5 kilometers.
Initially, the Geodynamic Institute reported an epicenter 4 kilometers northwest of Giannitsochori, Ilia, and a focal depth of 5 kilometers.

According to Patrisnews, the tremors caused concern among the residents of Ilia, but so far, no damages or injuries have been reported.
