The match between Laçi and Skënderbeu, part of the 15th round of the Albanian Superliga, has concluded. The game, held in Kurbin, ended 1-0 in favor of the home team. After the match, Skënderbeu’s coach, Ivan Gvozdenović, shared his thoughts:
“In my opinion, Laçi didn’t deserve to win. I wasn’t very happy with the first half, but we improved in the second. Bismark had a clear chance, and at the very least, we could have taken a point. To me, this was a match that deserved a draw.
On a pitch like the one in Ballsh or today in Laçi, it’s always tough when you concede early. Today, we conceded in the 27th minute. We could have scored first, but then an accidental goal came against us. Laçi is a mature team and knows how to manage such situations. There was possibly a penalty incident, but I can’t say for sure,” Gvozdenović stated.
He emphasized his disappointment with the result, feeling his team deserved more from the match.
