If there’s one coach today in the “Abissnet Superiore” league and Albanian football as a whole who deserves a big Bravo, it’s Ilir Daja. If there’s a coach who can rightfully be called the best across all Albanian territories, it’s Ilir Daja. At the close of 2024, everyone must acknowledge this coach who has proven himself better than anyone else—even during his time at Skënderbeu, where he led the team to the group stages of the Europa League.
Today, Ilir Daja continues to demonstrate his abilities as the head coach of Dinamo. When he joined the club this season, it seemed like a challenging task to rebuild a team shaped by others. Yet, Dinamo is now leading the Superliga, and that success is entirely due to Daja’s leadership.
Previously, Daja has managed teams like Besa, Tirana, Flamurtari, Skënderbeu, and Ballkani in Kosovo. Wherever he has coached, he has achieved undeniable success. Now, at 58 years old, even in Korçë, they still dream of him returning to Skënderbeu someday.
Dinamo recently celebrated the end of the year with a gathering of staff, management, and players. Ilir Daja, who is known for his enthusiasm on and off the field, once again shared moments from the event. He’s not only skilled at celebrating victories but also excels at leading from the sidelines. As 2024 ends, Daja is rated a perfect 10 by all who evaluate his work.
After Ilir Daja, everyone else follows in his footsteps. His success is entirely due to his talent and ability to lead any team he has coached.
