After several hours of negotiations, an agreement has been reached with another talented and quality player, the Korça native Franko Kapllani, who has joined the Devolli team. Thus, both sides have agreed to collaborate, which means that another reinforcement arrives for the Devolli.
Kapllani, after amicably concluding his agreement with the Pogradec team, where he had been a part for a year and a half, has decided to move to Devolli. From what is learned, there were requests from several teams, even from a higher category, but Kapllani has decided to finish the remaining part of the season with Devolli, also due to the proximity.
It was the ambitious project of the Devollis that convinced Kapllani to join this team, where he will continue alongside two other players who were teammates at Pogradec, Nallbati and Pere.
