DVP Korçë
The Road Traffic Police Sector arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen D. P., 41 years old, resident of Korçë, after he was caught driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Additionally, materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against a 16-year-old, after he was caught driving a vehicle without a driving license.
The Maliq Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizens H. Ç., 70 years old, and E. T., 37 years old, residents of Maliq, after they were caught in the village of Libonik transporting 5 cubic meters of illegally cut timber in a vehicle. The vehicle and the timber were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction Korçë for further actions.
