The Narcotics Investigation Sector apprehended and detained citizen A. P., 42 years old, residing in Korça, as the Korça Court has issued a detention order for him for the criminal offense of “Production and Sale of Narcotics.”
The Korça Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto citizen L. R., 50 years old, also residing in Korça, for stalking his ex-wife, who has a protection order against him, and for going to her home in violation of the court’s decision.
The Pogradec Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen U. Z., 56 years old, residing in Pogradec, for unlawfully placing several household items in the home of a 62-year-old man.
A 64-year-old woman, T. S., residing in Korça, reported to the Korça Police Station that her daughter had left their home. Efforts are underway to locate her.
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça for further action.
