M., a 20-year-old resident of Pogradec, had climbed onto the roof of the vehicle, performed risky maneuvers, and obstructed traffic in a residential area, while the steering maneuvers were carried out by the passenger.For the violations committed, specifically for breaches of articles 126, 139, and 170 of the Road Code, Mr. M. M. was penalized with an administrative fine of 75,000 lek. Additionally, the 20-year-old’s driving license was revoked.The Korçë Local Police Directorate appeals to all road users to respect traffic regulations, aiming to protect lives and ensure road safety.
