Korçë Local Police Directorate
Following the preliminary information provided yesterday about a road accident on the “Korçë-Pogradec” route, the Road Police Department has referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against T. N., a 40-year-old resident of Korçë, for the offense of “Violation of traffic rules.”
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
