DVP Korçë
The Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Section has submitted materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against citizen B. L., 61, a resident of Korçë, for employing five individuals in his business without registering them with the relevant authorities.
Following up on information shared yesterday about a road accident on the “Korçë-Pogradec” route, which resulted in injuries to two individuals, the Traffic Police Department has referred the case to the Prosecutor’s Office. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the two drivers involved in the collision: Ll. B., 43, and E. S., 30, for the criminal offense of “Violation of traffic rules.”
The Korçë Police Station has referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against the following individuals:
- M. A., 64, a resident of Korçë, for breaking a television in a bar over trivial reasons.
- E. Dh., 38, J. T., 27, E. Gj., 24, F. B., 26, and P. R., 27, for engaging in a conflict with a 30-year-old over minor disagreements.
The Pogradec Police Station has referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against:
- K. M., 23, a resident of Pogradec, for physically assaulting a 35-year-old over trivial reasons.
- K. B., 23, a resident of Pogradec, for being found in possession of a quantity of military ammunition during a personal search.
The procedural materials have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
Pogradec / Preliminary Information
At approximately 06:30, on the city ring road, a “Toyota” vehicle driven by citizen E. Sh. hit a pedestrian, A. K., who is currently receiving medical treatment at the hospital and is not in life-threatening condition.
An investigation team is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
