The Maliq Police Station referred materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against a 38-year-old resident of Libonik, E.A., on suspicion of domestic violence against his wife, who has since been issued a protection order.
Meanwhile, Crime Investigation Specialists from the Korçë Police Directorate referred materials for criminal proceedings against the following individuals:
- A.Gj., a 39-year-old resident of Librazhd, after contraband food products were found in his vehicle during an entry checkpoint inspection at Qafë Thanë Border Crossing.
- L.H., a 29-year-old resident of Korçë, for the criminal offense of “Trafficking of motor vehicles,” as he was driving a vehicle reported stolen in Norway.
The case files have been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance for General Jurisdiction in Korçë for further action.
