ACCIDENT this afternoon near Zvirina — car crashes into motorcycle!

This afternoon, near the village of Zvirina, on the Korça–Pogradec road, a traffic accident occurred that narrowly avoided being fatal. A vehicle collided with a motorcycle, which ended up on the opposite side of the road.

The motorcyclist was urgently transported to the Korça Regional Hospital and is reported to have sustained injuries, but is not in life-threatening condition.

Police are at the scene investigating the circumstances of the accident, which, unfortunately, could have had much more serious consequences.
