Former President Alfred Moisiu appreciates the work done so far by the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) and expresses his confidence in this structure. However, he believes that the justice system needs people who focus solely on their duty and not on themselves.

"I have faith in the famous SPAK, though I have criticized it for being slow. I have also criticized that people working in justice should be free from certain mentalities and should think only about their duty. We are a small country, and you are not alone; you have a wife, a sister, a brother, a son, or a daughter. These [opponents] are clever because they attack those close to you, not you directly, so you feel the pain and face family pressure within your clan. We need to choose determined people. People should be treated with care, and this is where I have raised the issue. In justice, we need people who, first and foremost, can detach their minds from other things and focus only on their duty. It's like they are in the Sahara; otherwise, they can't do it," Moisiu stated in an interview on the podcast "Public Square" with Ditmir Bushati.
