Lorenc Ekonomi elected as rector of the University of Korçë / Expresses gratitude to all who voted for him

I thank all the professors and students of our university, all the commissioners and observers for everything they demonstrated in the elections held for the governing bodies and authorities at the university! I thank everyone for the congratulations I received for the achieved result! Great challenges await us and we will face them all together. We will work tirelessly to turn our university into a European university with scientific research and modern teaching, for its internationalization, to make the university an intelligent factor in the region, to bring it closer to the job market, and to firmly connect it with public and private factors, to make it trustworthy for young people by preparing them to meet the demands of the global market without needing to leave our country.
