Migration and Sustainable Development in Devoll, Albania – The Project of the Department of History-Geography is Presented at the ‘Fan S. Noli’ University.

At “Fan S. Noli” University, within the framework of projects funded by READ, the project “Migration and Sustainable Development in Devoll, Albania” is being presented.

This is a project of the Department of History-Geography, coordinated by Dr. Ermira Jashiku and Diaspora Scholar Dr. Julie Vullnetari from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.

Coordinator Jashiku expressed that a novelty of the project is the involvement of students and alumni from this department, who will be engaged and trained in data collection and research work on migration.

While appreciating the expertise provided by the academic from the diaspora in the field of migration and development, she emphasized that the project aims to study the phenomenon of migration and its impact on the Municipality of Devoll.
