He tried to kill a 41-year-old man with a firearm and threatened the son of this citizen, due to a conflict between them, which happened on 10.08.2023, the 23-year-old wanted man was caught and put in handcuffs.
The brother of the arrested person, also wanted, is being prosecuted as being involved in this conflict.
The Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Korçë Police Station, in cooperation with the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes against the Person of the DVP Korçë and with the services of the Pogradec Police Station, as a result of the information provided by the police intelligence, on the location of the 2 declared citizens looking for a conflict that happened on 10.08.2023, in neighborhood no. 17, Korça, have made it possible to locate and capture them.
For this case, the citizen M. D., 23 years old, was put in handcuffs and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state, for his brother, the citizen Dh. D., 20 years old, both residents of Korça.
From the in-depth investigative actions, it was found that citizen M.D., in cooperation with his brother and citizen M.S. (arrested by the Police on 11.08.2023), threatened citizens F.R., 41 years old and F.R., 22 years old (father and son ), due to a conflict between them. Also, it is suspected that during this conflict, the handcuffed citizen, M. D., fired a firearm at the 41-year-old. No citizens were injured in the shooting.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Korçë General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
