With just 180 minutes remaining in the U-19 Superliga season, Skënderbeu is only expected to play one of its two remaining matches — the decisive fixture scheduled for next weekend, on April 26. In that final showdown, the U-19 red-and-whites will face off against Partizani in Korçë. However, the official kickoff time for the match has yet to be confirmed. It’s expected that the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) will announce the exact time and date this coming Monday. That match is shaping up to be nothing short of a final.

This penultimate round is a rest week for Skënderbeu, while Partizani will host Apolonia. If Partizani wins, they will close the gap to just one point behind Skënderbeu, setting up a high-stakes final matchday.

As it stands, Skënderbeu U-19 will play their last and decisive game next weekend — and a draw would be enough to crown them champions.

There’s still time until April 26, and the entire team is fully focused on preparing for this massive encounter.

There are also talks that the match could be played at the main “Skënderbeu Stadium,” but the final decision will be made by the FSHF early next week.

As of now, the match is expected to take place on Saturday, April 26 at 12:00 PM, although this could still change. If Skënderbeu secures the title — and the odds are certainly in their favor — the U-19 team will earn a spot in the UEFA Youth League this summer. It would mark an extraordinary achievement, as it would be the first time Skënderbeu’s youth team competes in a European tournament.

Next Saturday is expected to bring the heat in the southeast of Albania, where a record crowd of fans is anticipated to show up in support of the team. A championship ceremony will follow the match if all goes well.
