Skanderbeg successfully concluded their Week 33 match in Laç with a 2-1 victory. While the game is now over, there is one controversial moment that deserves a replay—Skanderbeg’s penalty claim.

Referee Grimci missed the foul on Ardit Nikaj, which, in fact, was a clear penalty, but he did not award it.

The Korça team claimed a penalty after Nikaj was brought down in the box. From the footage, it’s clear that there was contact with the forward, but the referee deemed it not sufficient to stop the play.

This moment, which occurred in the 17th minute, is highly debatable.

Had the match ended differently, this unawarded penalty for Skanderbeg would certainly have been a major talking point. However, since the game has already concluded, it’s important to note that this penalty, although significant, did not affect the final result.
