Will Doka play tomorrow against Tirana from the first minute?! Here’s what the coach of the white and red bench says

Albi Doka is a footballer who knows Tirana very well, as he has been part of the team. He has only joined the Korçë side a few weeks ago, and it seems he has not yet reached his full physical form.

When asked directly by journalists if Doka would be on the field as a starter, coach Gvozdenović stated: ‘Doka knows the opponent well, but he is not currently ready to play from the first minute.’

It is clear that Gvozdenović will not have Doka on the field from the start in this match, but considering his qualities, he will be a valuable asset in the coming weeks. The championship is just beginning, and there is a long way to go.”

A recurring phenomenon with foreigners…

In the Albanian championship, foreigners, particularly from poorer countries, are flooding in. Many players arrive without a clear history of where they’ve played, their previous engagements, or their current health status.

Managers often try to place them wherever they can, even in lower divisions, hoping they can move up a level. The concern about their age is indeed troubling. While they claim to be 18 or 19, verification often shows they are older and sometimes possess irregular documentation.

Although there is now a control system in place, issues still arise in their countries of origin, and with so many names, they have the opportunity to “hide”.

Gvozdenović this time with pen in hand; here’s the decision…

Korça’s coach Ivan Gvozdenović, along with his team, has wrapped up another training session, just three days ahead of the next match. Observing the training sessions over the past few days, it has been somewhat difficult to determine the lineup for this game.

While a significant percentage of the formation is known, there are still many uncertainties from the coach’s side. He will assess until the last moment who is in the best shape and what tactics will be employed.

There are also expected changes in both the defense and midfield. The extent of these changes remains to be seen, but it is certain that adjustments will be made. Ultimately, the final decision will be communicated to the players on Sunday.

Here’s what the white and red fans wish for their opponent…

Skënderbeu will face Tirana, a rival yet to taste victory, having only drawn matches. Korça fans seem to be seizing this moment for Tirana.

In many comments on ‘Korça Boom,’ there’s a unified expression: ‘Tirana will suffer its first loss now.’ While Tirana aims for its first win, the Korçars are responding with thoughts of handing them that first defeat.

It will be a match where both teams are playing solely for the three points, as that’s what matters. Nevertheless, all three outcomes are possible on the field, and we’ll have to wait for match day to learn the result.
