Initially, the announcement stated a 10-year ban with participation, but after an “amnesty,” it was decided that the ban would be limited to just 10 calendar years.
This is the big news about what the people of Korça have gained from the “amnesty.” It seems that even UEFA has come to realize how harshly and unjustifiably it treated the Skënderbeu team, and by extension, a city with a deep passion for football. But more than anything, it has struck the elite of Albanian football for years.
This is clear and evident, as no other team from Albania has managed to achieve what the people of Korça have accomplished. This is now indisputable and has been proven.
