Today is yet another special day for one of Skënderbeu’s footballers. Center-back Lucho Vásquez turns 22 today, and this birthday coincides for the first time with the red and white jersey of Skënderbeu.
It’s worth recalling that last summer, Lucho arrived for the first time in Albania from Austria and wore the Skënderbeu jersey, coming from Salzburg, Austria. The 1.92-meter tall player quickly adapted, and in the 19 matches played so far, Vásquez has appeared in 15 matches, totaling 1115 minutes and scoring one goal, while receiving 3 yellow cards and 1 red card.
He is now a regular starter for the team, and today, many well-wishes have been sent his way. Actually, on his official page, Lucho Vázquez posted a video from Spain a few hours ago, even though he is in Albania, with the message “Happy birthday” to mark this special day for him.
His teammates at Skënderbeu have also congratulated the Colombian defender on his birthday, and of course, the large red and white family joins in wishing him well on his 22nd birthday.
