A new study has suggested that sleeping longer at the weekends could save your life.
Researchers have discovered that two extra hours of sleep on rest days can reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke by 63 percent.
The health benefits are particularly noticeable for those who sleep less than six hours a night during the week.
Scientists from the Medical University of Nanjing in China followed 3,400 people to monitor how their sleep cycles affected their health.
