A team of Albanian referees—Juxhin Xhaja, Arbër Zalla, Rejdi Avdo, and Albert Doda—has been selected to officiate the UEFA Conference League match between Vitória SC and Fiorentina.
The match will take place at Estádio D. Afonso Henriques in Guimaraes, Portugal, on Thursday, December 19, at 21:00.
Juxhin Xhaja will serve as the main referee, supported by assistants Arbër Zalla and Rejdi Avdo, while Albert Doda has been appointed as the fourth official.
In the VAR (Video Assistant Referee) room, German official Robert Schröder will oversee proceedings, with Albanian referee Kreshnik Barjamaj acting as AVAR (Assistant VAR).
This selection comes after a demanding season for the Albanian officiating team, who have previously refereed three group stage matches in the UEFA Europa League: Hoffenheim vs. FCSB, AZ Alkmaar vs. Elfsborg, and Elfsborg vs. Sporting Braga.
