The Technical Directorate of the Tirana Regional Football Association (SHRFT) organized a seminar for coaches of youth teams in the capital, ranging from U-7 to U-13, who participate in tournaments organized by SHRFT.
The primary goal of the seminar was to enhance the quality of training and introduce the latest European practices in coaching.
The event featured SHRFT’s Technical Director, Igli Mumajesi, alongside two prominent figures in football: Sulejman Starova, the Director of Education at the Albanian Football Association (FSHF), and Andrea Tedesco, head coach of the national U-17 team. The seminar was attended by all academy coaches affiliated with SHRFT.
The seminar was divided into two parts. The first session focused on theoretical aspects, led by Sulejman Starova, while the second part emphasized practical training, conducted by coach Tedesco. To demonstrate the planned session, the U-11 team of AP Dinamo was invited as participants.
The FSHF continues to support Regional Football Associations in organizing such seminars, aiming to foster the development of youth football in Albania.
