A tragic incident occurred last night, on the first day of the New Year, near the village of Zëmblak. Following a collision between two vehicles, one person lost their life, and another was injured.
The victim was 24-year-old Zoi Ksila, who died instantly at the scene. This is one of those heartbreaking events, especially with a young woman losing her life.

Korçë/Preliminary Information
Around 10:00 PM, on the “Korçë-Bilisht” road, near the village of Zëmblak, a “Benz” vehicle driven by T. M. collided with a “Peugeot” vehicle driven by K. K.
As a result of the collision, passenger Z. K. in the “Peugeot” lost her life, while the driver of this vehicle was taken to the Korçë Regional Hospital for medical assistance.
The driver of the “Benz” vehicle was escorted to the police station for further investigation.
The investigative team is at the scene, working under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office to determine the circumstances and cause of the accident.
