The UEFA Executive Committee approved a significant increase in prize money for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025, raising the total to €41 million, which represents a 156% increase compared to 2022.
UEFA Nations League 2025 Finals
The committee decided to provisionally appoint Italy and Germany as the host countries for the 2025 UEFA Nations League Finals, scheduled to take place from June 4 to June 8, 2025. The selected venues include the stadiums in Turin (Juventus and Torino) and the stadiums in Munich and Stuttgart.
New Name for the Second Women’s Club Competition
A new name was approved for the second-tier women’s club competition, now officially called the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup.
New Revenue Distribution System for Women’s Club Competitions
A new revenue distribution system for women’s club competitions was also approved and will be implemented starting from the 2025/26 season.
UEFA Super Cup 2025
The Friuli Stadium in Udine, Italy, will host the UEFA Super Cup 2025, scheduled for August 13, 2025.
UEFA Futsal Champions League
The city of Le Mans, France, was selected to host the finals of the UEFA Futsal Champions League 2025. These matches will take place from May 1 to May 4, 2025.
