The Police Commissariat of Korçë has submitted materials to the Prosecutor’s Office, initiating criminal proceedings against L. R., a 50-year-old resident of Korçë. According to preliminary investigations, L. R. violated a protection order issued by the court in favor of his ex-wife by approaching her residence, in open defiance of the legal decision. This action is considered a serious violation of the protective measures aimed at safeguarding victims of domestic violence. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the incident to ensure full compliance with the law and to guarantee the safety of those involved.
