Air temperatures will rise in both morning and midday values, ranging from a minimum of -3°C recorded in the city of Bajram Curri to a maximum of 14°C expected in Fier and Divjakë.
The wind will blow light to moderate, both on land and at sea, with speeds over 30 km/h from the northwest direction, creating low waves along the coastal areas.
Additionally, according to SHMU, during the early morning and nighttime hours, fog or mist is expected in valley areas, while icy conditions will be present along some roadways, requiring increased caution from vehicle drivers.
