An interesting photo has reached “Korça Boom,” showcasing the volleyball team of the 9-year school in the village of Vranisht, Devoll. The photo features the coach and teacher of the school, Joan Sotiri, a well-known figure in Korça volleyball, who has trained and established both the girls’ and boys’ teams of this school.
This demonstrates once again that passion can triumph over all obstacles, even in small villages or towns. The residents of this village gain a new dimension, showing they are not only hardworking and art enthusiasts but also passionate about sports.
The team has received strong support from the Volleyball Federation, the Olympic Committee, and coordinators Pavlina Evro and Ervin Rota, who have implemented the school sports program even in a remote area like Vranisht. Tomorrow, these boys and girls might very well be seen in elite volleyball teams, proving that talent knows no boundaries.
